A sky-blue briolette cut blue topaz shimmers and shines while dangling off the end of this lovely pendant. Accented by sparkling diamonds in a droplet design, two grape-coloured pear-shaped amethysts, and another droplet containing diamonds, this magnificent jewel was made in 18K white gold by Jack Friedman.
