If you were to travel back in time and visit the ballrooms of the Roaring '20's, you are more than likely to make the acquaintance of a high society young lady wearing this ring (or its lookalike) in a glossy gown and elegant heels. So typically Art Deco, this ring was beautifully handmade in bright platinum. A round cornflower blue sapphire is held in the centre by six claws while diamonds sparkle in their geometrically-placed settings. Fine millegraine edges add textured detail to this otherwise classic 1920's ring. (The sapphire has some age-related abrasions on the crown as is visible in the photos, but does not detract from the overall beauty of the ring)
